New defect?

I received 2 new 6305 today. One of the power boxes will not power the ph. The little green light wont even light up.

I tried it on a different cord & same result. Anything else obvious that I am missing or did I get a bad one out of the box?

The power supplies are not pretested, it is possible for them to be defective but it is rare. If you PM me your address we will send a new power supply right away.
