New Dude with a biocube!

well i was sprucing up my office and decided on a cute little biocube29. I had decent look before with a small biocube before the divorce started and wham, i didnt take care of it correctly. Im excited to scour the wealth of knowledge here and learn as much as possible. My first feat will be to figure out a good way to use and understand the stock lighting and how to run it correctly. instructions are junk.
