New EB4 not showing up right?

I just plugged my new EB4 in and I only see two more outlets. The EB4 was assigned as module 6 and the only new outlets are 6_3 and 6_4. Any idea why 6_1 and 6_2 are not showing up?

Running 4.04_AE10 so I just updated. Unplugged the EB4, deleted the module, and then plugged it back in. Same thing = just two outlets show up named Pump1_6_3 and Pump2_6_4. Very odd.

Ok, well I've tried everything I can think of and can't figure it out. Guess it's time to drop Neptune a line.

You can try initializing the bus AFTER you delete the module. This will also delete all your outlet programs so be sure you backup your programs first via the web page. There is code that is stored in both the controller and the module so they know about each other in the event of power failures, etc. That's why you don't get new outlets installed every time you cycle the controller power. To clear all that out you have to delete the module and initialize the controller memory. However, it will clear everything so you may want to call Neptune first and see if they have any other solution.

Thanks Alan. I went ahead and tried your suggestion even though I have an email in to Neptune. I didn't think it worked at first but I just found the other two outlets. I think it may have even been fine before. They are not grouped together on the status page like the EB8 and DC8 outlets are. I think I just missed them before. Everything is working now although it would be nice to group the EB4 outlets the same way. Any idea if there's a way to do that? Not a deal breaker but would just be my preference.

Thanks again!
