New extension cards coming soon

Here a short roadmap:

PLM-DALI - interface card for connecting dimmable ballasts which support the DALI-bus - will come in April/2009

PLM-ANALOG - card with 2 general purpose analog inputs (0V-10V) - planned for May/2009

PLM-RS232 - communication card to obtain a second serial port - especially for the customers who are using a SMS module and an Aqua Illumination lamp - planned for May/2009

all cards can be used with ProfiLux II and III

The analog input thing is new. What will that be used for?

This is just like the L ports but with a user interface so you can connect ANY devise you so choose that can be controlled or monitored using a 0-10V interface.

Are you still limited to a max of 8 L-ports (10 on ex)? I have the 4x L port expansion card right now, would I basically have to replace it with this in order to use this new one?
