nice work. i just got a 100mm macro but can't get anything that nice yet on my corals. Curious to see what lens you are using.

For most of my fish and full tan shots, I am using Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 lens, but I recently got a Nikon 24-120 f/4 and I am loving this lens. Too bad it can't focus from very close. I also got an old AI-s lens- Nikkor 35-135mm. It's an "OK" lens, very well built and has one very interesting feature- it has a lock on 35mm length that activates "macro" mode. It isn't a true macro, but it allows to focus from as little as 12 inches from subject. Highly recommended, you can get it for under $150 on ebay.
All macro shots are done with old favorite, Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro.
