it's not REALLY an Assessor is it?
That's the Dottyback/Psuedochromis.

the TRUE yellow Assessor is a peaceful fish and it often swims sideways/upside down.

That was as close of an identification i could make. He has the tear drop eye that points forward. Any idea what it really is?
