New Fish Room from Winterpeg with 250G

I have a ceiling question.

Should I?

1. Drywall it
2. Ceiling tiles

Above the tank for lights.

How do you know where to put supporting structure if you place up you ceiling and don't know what light you are planing to get?

Need some advice things are moving way to fast now.

Thanks

I definitely wouldn't drywall it. That turns into a big hassle when you need to make changes down the road. There are a lot of ceiling treatments you can buy. I used something similar to this. Although it is a pain, they can be removed and reinstalled. I've done it a couple of times. You could always build a rack for your lights. That would let you use any type of light you want and the anchor points would stay the same.

You might want to rethink that front top of the tank. An access door would be a much better idea. You will definitely want front access to the bottom of your tank as part of regular maintenance.

We still need to cut them out
We just have to install the ceiling tiles first then we know where the door doors will go.

But that for the great info and advice

I have an issue or need some advice.

We have a very very big hole right by our hvac and vent pipe.

Should we just use foam or any other ideas.

Note we can't remove the pipe or put drywall closer they will not come apart or are we willing to take apart.

Thanks
