New fish wont eat?

I got a dogface puffer and a tang about a week ago. Neither would eat for the first few days but I got my tang eating with some frozen brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and plankton. My puffer took one small bite out of a chunk of frozen plankton but wouldn't touch anything else. So far that one bite is all she's eaten.
Ive tried putting in larger chunks, smaller chunks, letting pieces float by her mouth, and she just isn't interested. I know it can take time for new fish to start eating but its been a week?
Could she be ill? Mostly she sits curled up near things in the tank but occasionally I see her move about the tank a bit. I thought dogfaces were supposed to be very shy so I haven't been worried until now. Also sometimes it looks like she's sneezing/hiccuping? Is that normal?

Did you order the fish from an online vendor or did you buy from a local store? If it was did you happen to make sure the puffer was eating while in their care? If it was local you could also ask specifically what they were feeding that the puffer was accepting. One other thing to consider is have you tested the water since you put them in? Since it is listed under new to the hobby thread I am simply assuming it is a new tank build and these are your first round of fish being placed... I could be completely wrong in that assumption but that could help answer questions in terms of how he is acting. Adding two fish to a newly established can put a lot of stress on the system to keep up especially if you are offering a lot of food in order to get them to eat. I am sure others that attempt to help will also ask the water parms. as well as tank size.

I got them online but from a good place. There are in a qt tank now with rodi water and i do a 50% water change each day. I put a lot of food in the tank the last couple days just to try to get them eating but the water has been changed since then.
I just dumped a small comet goldfish in there to see if she'd go for it but she didn't. She definitely saw it but maybe it was too big or too fast? She's still little and the comet is a bit too big for her mouth but I thought she'd still chase it?
