this fish has been tops on my fish list for quite some time and today i finnaly found a fellow reefer offering one for trade.. ive done tons of research but i also want to pose the question in regards to your experiances with this fish.... was it problematic or a great tankmate... post both positive and negitives....

YES a pic will be along shortly

I had one for over 1 year ,great fish, very hardy, active, never touched any of my corals. The only thing you have to watch out for it gets agressive once establisched in the tank, it should be last fist introduced in your tank. I could not add any more fish to my tank after I put my flameback in. It chased and terrorized all new fish even bigger then itself to the point of death.

Beautiful great fish. Very hardy and great personality. Ive had mine for a few months now and the only problem is that he is a huge coral nipper. Mine nips at all of my SPS my two only softies and my frogspawn(he doesnt touch any other of my LPS) I have him in a 250g and I feed heavily about 4 times a day because I have anthias and he still does some nipping but hasnt killed any coral he just took away my PE from my SPS.

Looks like an African Flameback, is that correct?

I have always wanted a flameback but I have the cherub (C. argi) so I cant get another dwarf, but they are a great fish for a smaller size tank. Be carefull about adding any new fish, they can be the more aggressive fish in your system.

great colors on that angel. does look like the African coloration from what I've seen (which ain't really all that much :)).
