New FLS opening up in Waterford Lakes

I live near Waterford Lakes in Orlando and I was cruising by the other day and happened to catch sight of a new LFS opening up! I believe it's Called "Aquaria Studio." I pulled up to spy in the window, and I saw some stuff in there like some plumbing etc...

I wonder what this place is gunna be like. Does anybody know anything about this place? It wqould be nice to have an LFS so close to home.

I believe this store is going to be owned by Ocean Blue. I was talking to one of the guys there and he said he was opening a store in Waterford Lakes area but they were waiting on permits. I imagine it should be a great store. We shall wait and see! Let me know when it opens so I can check it out.
