So I tend to keep massive amounts of old fish magazines and was looking through them today. I found an interesting picture of a Gramma In the September 1993 issue of Tropical Fish Hobbyist on page 144. there is an article on Cuban fish exporters and one of the pictures with the article has a Gramma loreto that only has the purple coloration back to the pectoral fins. In a lot of ways it looks very similar to these fish. If anyone else is familure with this photo and has a way of posting it that would be wonderful.

Here some pictures taken last week again by my german friend Dietmar Schauer.
Now you can see the difference between the both of them.
The large one is the male.

Greetings,
Paul.

Hi Paul,

Just wondering how you pair them?
Now I have one big and one small.
Please let me know the trick or your experience.
Thanks.
