New Foxface, Not Eating

Hello,
We just got a new foxface and Tiger Wardi Goby at our tank, and the goby is doing great, but after almost half a week, he is still not eating.

I there anything I can do to try and entice him to eat, he is looking rather emaciated, but otherwise does not show any symptoms of disease. When I feed the fish he comes out and chases the food, but does not eat.

Have you tried a sheet of Nori? I used this to entice my Rabbit Fish to eat and it worked. Also, can the fish open its mouth? My fish will take the food and spit it out if they don't like it. Can be he wants to eat but cannot.

Thanks for the advice, I had put some Nori in the tank, but after you mentioned that, I realized that I had put it in front of the powerhead. I moved it out of the way, and he began munching on it right away.
