I just got a monti setosa and a ponape birdnest. They were under a 150w MH. I have a 4x T5. How high up the tank should they go? 55g 21" deep, light 4" from surface. Thanx

i would start low so they can acclimate to your light then gradually move them up halfway

Agreed. Leave on sand bed for 1 week. What watts are the 4 T5s?
