new frags!!

Here are the new frags I got yesterday!! ... I have one question, what can I feed thems or give thems to have a good and fast growth? I have a lot of other zoos in the tank but I do not see thems spread very fast only a few polyps. My tank have over a year and have power compacts 2x96w.

Love the blue rings and what looks like either supernovas or AOG type...

Good even flow, not turbulent and good lighting... once confortable in a tank after a few weeks you should get 2-4 polyps or so a month.
