i finally bought a new BTA and the one i bought had its foot covered in shells. so there was no foot visable from the bottom. will it let go of the shells and such or should i pull them off gently? it has been in the tank for a few hours and still has not even remotely attached.
another thing is the tips are so bubbled/expanded that the GBTA keeps bouncing around  i cant get it to stay still if anything moves in the tank next to it. the tips are also so inflated that they stick out further then its foot does?? when will the tips deflat enough to were it will be able to attach??? is all of this normal? all the other anemones i have ever owned started to attach in a matter of hours and did not have bubbles that were so inflated like this one.
