New GBTA

My tank is almost 1 year and a half and therefore i felt confident enough to add an anemone to see if the clowns would took care of her. It's her 3rd day on the aquarium. I began placing it on top of a rock away from the main structure but the little bastard moved to where she is right now (had no idea they could move that fast ) and I ended up taking the rock to the fuge. From what I've read they go where they want .. I have 0 experience with anemones :)

My question is : I wish she were not as hidden as she is because it does not get much light and it's not very visible. But i really do not want to mess with her cause it seems it's not good trying to move her with her foot being attached to the rock. What do you think of both the location chosen for her as my concerns .. ?

here's a pic:

and her location on the reef:

You have a beautiful tank for sure. However you are going to have serious problems when that BTA starts moving looking for it's place. They are rock dwellers and I think since your tank is so full you would do better with a sand dwelling anemone.

Good luck!

Thanks Dkuhlmann! We just have to see what happens. I'm not going to try to move it because it might stress her.

You have a very nice tank. I love the torch up top. I'd leave the nem to its own devices myself. I got a new BTA recently that circled the tank several times before picking a spot and getting hosted by a sexy shrimp.
