Good evening,
I have sent in a service ticket an I am awaiting a response. I recently purchased a radion gen 3 pro and it has been sitting over my tank while I gathered various other components. It has previously been able to turn on and I once had it connected to ecotech connect manager via USB and was able to program it, etc. Then it sat over the tank for a month unused. I went to turn on the unit the other day and the Fan was the only thing that came on. The buttons do not light up at all and are non responsive to any combination of the three. I figured I would try connecting it to my computer to see if i could reset it/factory restore it and after attempting multiple usb ports/cables/and computers in the house I am right where I started... it seems that the computers do not pick up that the radion is even connected at all (even with uninstalling and reinstalling the ecotech connection manager). Since this is a brand new unit that has not been powered on for more than 1 hour in its life time, I am confused and upset. I would like to know what my options are at this point for getting this unit working. Is there another way to reset the unit? If not I would like to have a new unit shipped to me for replacement under warranty. Please let me know what my options are. This is my first ecotech marine product and hopefully not my last.
