I'd say NOT reef safe. Ya think?
Looks like cross between a tick and a monkey. Yuck.

Notice that they are already measuring him up "about the size of a salad plate"
you know Marc is right about the recipe...French...:rolleye1:

I hear they are in discussions to determine its common name. The top two are the 'Wooly Lobster'...

... and 'Iceberg Slim':bum:

How the hell did they come up with Iceburg Slim?!?Dont see any association at all to that....I think wooly lobster is more commonly appropriate. It looks gorilla'ish with the big fuzzy arms to me, maybey monkey lobster?

I made them both up, Justin:D

'Iceberg Slim' was a famous pimp. Those furry sleeves are SUPER FLY!

I understand that they are calling it

"Crustacéen velu avec du vin et l'ail"

That translates roughly into English as

"Hairy Crustacean with wine and garlic"

I love lobster but NO way would I eat that thing. There is not enough tequilla in the world. It looks like one of those scare tactic pictures in high school health class.

lol reading this thread made me laugh at almost every single post. especially Justin thinking those names were really being considered =) you guys are hilarious.

Anyone else notice that in the article the last part of the acronym is 'sea exploration', but under the pic it says 'for exploitation'? Hmmm.
