New Green BTA - is he ok?

I purchased a green BTA two days ago. I placed him on a rock. He stayed there for a little bit then moved inside the hole. He was about 4-5" around yesterday, but when I got home from work today, he looked like this...

Is he ok? Is he stuck?

That is a typical location for a BTA to find comfortable.

Looks a bit bleached in that photo, let him acclimate to the light.

Now he's like this

Will he acclimate to the light on his own or should I reduce the hours I run them? I can run just blues too.

How can you tell he's bleached? Is it the white spots on the ends of his tentacles?

It is almost colorless, no browns under the greenish tentacle tint.

I would reduce the lighting period, raise the light fixture, or put a diffuser between the light and the tank.

Looks like a tentacle or two has been damaged, keep and eye on it and post some background data on the tank etc.

(1) hydor koralia 3 powerhead

4x54W T5 w/icecap reflectors
- (2) blue plus bulbs
- (1) daylight bulb
- (1) aquablue special bulb
Lights are on approx 14 hours/day
coraline growth in the tank

Green starburst polyp
yellow wrasse
false percula clown
(2) firefish
green mandarin
sailfin blenny
peppermint shrimp
cleaner shrimp

Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 0ppm
SG - 1.025
(just tested it)

10% water changes weekly using seachem reefsalt.

Is the light spectrum ok for the BTA?
How many hours should I run the lights?
I have a timer. I was thinking about on for 2 hours in the am for feeding and me to watch in the morning. Then off for 6 hours. Then back on for 6 for me to feed enjoy watching in the evening. That sound ok?
