I picked up a new magnifica anemone last night. It's been in my tank a little less than 24 hours and I'm really happy about it! I was looking for a natural host for my clowns and finally found one after several months of searching.
They were hosting when I woke up and haven't left the nem since this morning.
What do you think?!

Thank you for the compliments! I searched high and low until I fell in love with these clowns
It moved a few inches over after I acclimated it and is pretty close to that monti cap. Does anyone think that will be a problem with the foot attaching right there? I was thinking about moving it but definitely don't want to injure the foot at all.

Do Not move the Mag i would try and brake off as much of that monti and place it some place else in your tank .

BEAUTIFUL! Congrats on your new addition! :) Those are absolutely beautiful clowns too ;) Agreed with above, don't move it! :) Monti cap can be moved first ;)

Looks like the nem moved a bit to the left and off the cap. Really considering taking the cap off that rock now. Here's some pics:

Look like it is still going to be on the move. Mag will move to the highest point in a tank i think that may be what yours is doing .

Thanks again for the compliments. How much flow do you all give your mags? Mine wasn't inflated as it was the day before since it moved over a little bit away from the flow. Thinking about adding another powerhead like a koralia 4 pointing directly at it. What do you all think?

do not point right at it they like indirect slow take a look at some of my thread that i have about flow . mine is on a JBJ quad wavemaker controller

It's not done. Given the option, Magnifica will choose a platform at the top of the tallest rock it can touch.

The mag is still doing great. Did a water change and turned off all the pumps. You can see the mouth here:

I'm renting a new place in the next few weeks so hoping everything goes smoothly in the move.
