New H. Malu

I got a Malu from Phishy yesterday. What do you guys think? Anyone else have one of these bad boys? I love the color on this. I have a true Perc but I doubt he will ever host the nem. Any advice on Malus?

nice could be a crisp or a malu keeep it fed time will tell, your perc should host it.

How can I tell the difference between the Malu and the Crispa? Any good web sites out there? I have found some stuff on the Crispa but not much on the Malu. Looking from the top (which the pics do not do justice in showing) the tenticles are in rows and are spaced further apart near the mouth. It is shaped similar to a carpet in terms of the body. Also, the foot seems short and stubby and it is white.

sounds like it's h. crispa , you really have to wait till it gets larger to be positive of it's i.d. .

What are they supposed to look like color wise, because i got one a few days ago, and its pale white with purple tips?

mine acclimated just fine, feeding etc.

and where are they best placed, in the sand? On the Rocks?
