new leather toad stool not looking well

Last week I added a green leather toad stool to my 65g reef tank. It is looking partially brown and "crusty" and seems to be slumping. I don't believe that this is normal. I tested my water and everything is fine. Any suggestions?

It is next to another leather coral and several inches below a bubble coral. Would it be a good idea to move it?

If it were mine I would move it. It also could just be that it is "sloughing" off its top as they often do. Try blowing it off occasionally with a turkey baster. It may come back at any time. I always put my leathers right near the "outflow" of the tank so if the throw off any secretions, they are not pulled throughout the tank. GL, Marcye
