I'm a little embarrassed to just post a pic of my new tank and nothing else. Especially with all the beautiful build threads out there, but I just couldn't resist. I am extremely happy with the quality and workmanship Leemar did. Now I am just waiting for all my other equipment to arrive.
This is going to be a mixed reef and I am going to be using the AI Hydra's.

What are the dimensions on that sucker? Are there overflows? Can't see them in the pix. Did LeeMar do the stand too?

dimensions are 96 x 26 x 22 with center overflow and yes Leemar also did the stand. I am very happy with both

"Jus a man alone with his tank" :) Will be watching this develope. I'll be building at 22" height as well. Eta of when you'll get wet and begin cycle? Congrats!

Should be getting wet in another couple of weeks or so. Waiting for my sump to be built and currently working on aquascaping my rocks.

No. Should I be? I thought about it for a second but figured I've seen other large tanks on wood floors and they were fine.

Beautiful tank man. I'm in the middle of cycling my Leemar 400 right now. The finish work on these tanks is incredible.

For those of you who have Lee-Mar tanks, if they are rimless, any issue with seeing silicone where the braces are attached? My LFS has a huge rimless Lee-Mar in which you can see the silicone where it oozed along the top front where the braces are. It kinda scared me away from getting a rimless.

How old is that tank? I know for a couple years there, Leemars quality seemed like it went down. I know of 2 shops in Utah who would not sell Leemar anymore. I'm extremely happy with mine. All the corners and silicone are great, no bubbles anywhere. Both of the shop owners visited my tank to come see the build quality of my tank and they both said they would try ordering from Leemar again.

Sorry, wasn't meaning to jack your thread!

Maybe I am just being paranoid. I recently changed the flooring in my house from tile to wood floor. The wood that I chose was American Cherry wood with a low junga rating of only 876. With a tank that is a few thousand pounds filled with water, I am worried that it would create an indentation in the wood beneath the floor. On top of that the potential water spill that can damage the wood.
