Just picked up a tamron 18-250mm! these are the first few pics i took with it Not all that great but im posting them out of excitement of my new toy! I just recently picked up photography as a new hobby and by no means compare to some of the great photographers on here but im learning :)

Well this first set is of my waspfish...Its kinda funny cause they go and hide under the anthellias. they go in nice deep red and come out this pale color...I think they are worn out from a little whoopie! So these first few pics i call "Waspfish Tunnel Of Love"

Note how red the wasps are when entering (see just the tail hanging out)

Nope no flash...I have to go back to the raw files before i put them in photoshop to add the boarders to find the settings...I think it was something like f 22 and a pretty long shutter speed. I always have the ISO at 100 except for shooting the fish like the anthias or other fast moving fish. The wasps just kinda sit there so i can get away with a lower ISO and longer shutter speed. Oh and a lot of garbage photos! haha. Ill check the actual shutter speeds and get back to you.
