Here are some pics of the store. The middle island has coral display tanks on three sides with a good selection of corals. He also has a very nice selection of fish too.

Great job Matt!

Just got back from Fewell's and I am suitably impressed. I only spent a few minutes in there (and mostly looking at the puffers), but this place rocks!

It looks like this store is headed in the correct direction. At least the people running the store are pleasant. A lot of the livestock are in good shape but you can tell a little new tank syndrome is going on. Can not imagine how you could get around the issue of immature tanks. It’s not like you can have your doors closed waiting for the tanks to settle down.

He really seems to be trying to get a great thing going. I know he doesn’t advertise and is relying on word of mouth to develop a customer base. I already pointed one of my friends there and he bought a tank and really likes the store. Best one in town for sure!

Went by there the other day. Looks really nice!! Great selection of fish and some SPSs that I have not seen locally. Having a good local source for frozen cyclopeeze and DT's products would be great also! Keep up the good work!

very nice store indeed! I went in there last week and it looked great. Matt is a very helpful person that knows what hes talking about. I'll be in there today to drop a little money in there :)

I'll definately be passing the word around ;)

I now have dts and cyclops

You might go have that checked out. I'm sure a shot of penicillin (sp?) would clear that right up!

matt thanks again. the star polyps haven't openned yet but i'm sure they will tomorrow when the lights kick on. the umbrella leather i got from you is doing awesome. its openning up right now with the moon lights on. not fully, but its gettin spikey :D i'll give him a few days and he'll probably get acclimated very well.

again a thumbs up to matt!

btw, hows the wife feel about you getting dts and cylops? you might want to get that checked out asap

She is uneasy with the cyclops, Doesn't mind the dt's, Although I don't know she has noticed the infestation. I'll try to keep it under control.

no john kelly is a different guy than john at c&s.

i'll be stopping by fewells again today haha. i think i have a problem with spending money...

the new stock looked awesome. i picked up a perfect little six line wrasse. never seen one so colorful in person :)

We were there (me and Steph) when the new stock got there. WE got a clown, blue tang, dwarf lion fish, and the porcupine puffer.

Now they are all doing good except the blue tang as soon as i put it in, it went back in the live rock and is now MIA.

Blue tangs do that. Mine did it for a month before he came out. That's quite a bio-load to put on a tank if there is any size to those fish all at once. Good luck!!

I read on a bunch of sites that it's better to do them all at once (liveaqauri) becuase of the lion and puffer being semi-aggresive. I don't know how true that is.. Everything is small, except the puffer of course. I think everything will be ok, might have been better to do them slower.

When we did the nano-cube we put just about everything in there in one day and everything but the starfish is doing great.

Will see if I learn my lesson this time or hopefully everything will be good.
