New Life Spectrum Pellets

I was looking to get these pellets but after further research one of the ingredients is Copper Proteinate.

So I decided to consult everyones help in RC; is the copper in this fish food safe or would it harm cucumbers, inverts, corals etc?

What do you think?

These pellets are excellent. Some studies suggest that they provide complete nutrition. Everything needs some amount of copper to survive.

what about my inverts and coral, will they be affected? I've read some where that copper will harm them?

i highly doubt that you will have any problems. lots of people feed NLS pellets to their reef tanks with no problems whatsoever. (unless they feed too much, but that's a different story)

Spectrum pellets are just about as good as anything you could ask for. even my mandarin eats them!

You won't have to worry about that with these pellets. I have been using them for years and haven't had any issues with inverts/corals. Those include SPS, clams, anemones ( Haddoni, LTA, and BTAs ).
