New Life Spectrum Thera A or Ocean Nutrition Formula One?

Hey Everybody,
My fish have been finicky eaters lately so I've been researching and trying different foods. It's somewhat narrowed done to the above choices along with occasionally feeding mysis shrimp. What would you recommend? I have a purple firefish, canary blenny, two ocell. clowns, and a wheelers goby. The blenny will not go near any food I put in the tank so he must be surviving on pods....

If I had to choose one, definitely NLS, but why not both? You can just alternate.

I feed my clowns NLS and ON Formula 2 along with various frozen foods. Twice a week I soak their food in Selcon just to change it up a little.

I feed German food grotech newtrivital plus and Daily

dont know if its worth it but you could try nls finicky fish formula

Thanks for the feedback everyone! The clowns will eat anything I put in there as I assume the goby would, but the firefish and especially the blenny are picky. natebedwell06 I'll try your suggestion and use the finicky fish formula I was unaware they even had one...duh lol

It's a vitamin additive for fish food.

Ingredients:
Selco Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids; Marine lipids - 200 mg/g.
Vitamin C stabilized (ascorbate-2-sulfate) - 200 mg.
Vitamin B12 Cyanocobalamin - 240 mcg.

It makes your tank smell like a fish market for a few hours and will make your skimmer stop skimming for a few hours but fish love it!

I use Fauna Marin Food Energizer....vitamins spray...it is similar ??
