new lighting caused problem (help)

I replaced my old 60 in hamilton bulbs (2 10,000k & 2 super actinics) for Geissman (2 aqua blue & 2 actinics) and my pagoda cup crashed and I have a little bleaching on my corraline.Here are the other factors and my question..I overdosed Iodide by double and it was like that for 2 weeks before I cought it...I moved my cup 6 in. higher in the tank when I changed the bulbs (stupid) my mag has been low (1000).I moved cup to the bottom...Am bringing mag. up...Dealt with Iodine level....Cup had a milky powder film on it...Was that for protection or dead tissue?How should I do my new lights next time? will my cup make it?Ther is still some pollyp extension...
