new lighting

I am thinking of purchacing a new lighting fixture but have a couple questions. I currently have a hamilton technology hood with 4-96 watt pc. I am looking at the coralife fixture that comes with 2 150 watt hqi bulbs and 2-96 watt pc and 3 luner lights this is going on a 75 gallon tank. i was wondering is this enough light(watts) and are hqi bulbs as good as the regular screw in type?

Yes, and yes.

You will see a noticable improvement in light quality and brightness IMO. You will get the glitterlines with the halides, and actinic shimmer with the PC's (run both bulbs actinic). I would go with 10k halides.

what's the tank dimension? I know someone who have 2x 150 and PC combo under a 125 and it looks pretty dim. Be better than you setup now though.

Why not go 250w? I just install a pair of 250w HQI 10k XM last night to my new tank and I'm liking it much more than the 175w SE on my 60g. Never turning back.
