new lights!!! (picture intense)

I have these drilled into my hood. The kit came with the wood screws(I had to buy shorter ones) and 1/4" spacers to keep the metal off the wood. Like you said, the little legs did not look very sturdy, IMO.

Anyways, I went and got one fan today. It is this http://fishsupply.com/shacc-00003.html. Where should I put this? Should it be blowing air in, or taking air out???LMK, THANKS

Probably better to blow the air in, it will then creat a higher air pressure zone above your tank and the air will naturally find a place to go out. Try it and see how it works.

If need be change it around, or check and write down the temp for 24 hours without, then another 24 hours with fan blowing one way, and finally another 24 hours with the fan blowing the other. Find which one gives you the best results.
