was doing a couple of friends a favour and picked up a couple of lions from another friend. One was a volitan, the other was said to be a dwarf of some variety. I get there and the volitan was right, but the other was not a dwarf from what i could tell. Closest dwarf that it could remotely be would be a D. zebra but i'm leaning more towards an a small P. mombassae. Sorry for the crap photos but was acclimating in a small cooler..
Fortunately iirc the mombasas dont get huge and max out around 7 or so inches which is on the upper end of where a dwarf could get. He's going to take up lodging in a friends new 50g gorgonian/seagrass setup as the lone resident so he should do quite well..
