Hi Jason,

It doesnt appear that you received the PMs I had sent you on Wednesday afternoon in regards to my order of Timora. In your last message to me yesterday you had informed me that my order wouldnt go out since it was received past the cutoff time and that all live orders were suspended for Wednesday due to the extreme weather conditions. My order had been for 2nd day
air and would have been for Friday delivery. Since the order was not going to be shipped yesterday and therefore wouldnt make it for Friday I decided to cancel and wait until next week to reschedule my order. However, it appears that my order was shipped out today( Thursday) which means I will not receive this order of cured Timora until Monday. By the time I receive this rock it will have to be recured. I paid for cured rock at 2 nd day shipping costs only to receive uncured rock that will take 4 days to get here. I really dont know what to do now.

Hi Gary,

I'm very sorry, my RC feature doens't always let me know i have PM's.

Can you email me at sales@premiumaquatics.com with your order number and we i can add a note that you refusing the order.

Then when it shows up Monday, just tell UPS you refuse the package and they'll return it to us and we can setup a new shipment for you next week or whenever you want with a new batch of rock.

Both Timora and Tonga are looking very good and both full pools, so lots to choose from.

Thinking of ordering 30# of rock early next week for my 28 cube. What would you recommend? What looks the best right now?

I think for smaller tanks, the Timpora is the way to go, lot more smaller to medium size pieces.

Probably after Christmas shipping should be ok. I know UPS is not doing any guarantee on anything right now except NextDay air.
