New LTA struggling, need help

New purple LTA arrival last Thursday. It dug in to the sand and expanded nicely. Saturday I noticed it was not quite as inflated. My clown keeps fanning the sand next to it and the sand has been dusting the anemone. Sunday morning the LTA has let go of its location and the flow in the tank has swept it into the corner. I've moved it back towards the front and turned the pumps down but it is lying on it's side. Some background on my tank:

pH: 8.4-8.5
SG: 1.026
Nitrate: 3
Phosphate: 0.7
Ca: 300
Mg: 1275
Alk: 8.9
Temp: 79F
Lighting: Solaris I4 set to 80% blue, 50% white

I haven't fed it yet, thinking it should settle in first. Any help or suggestions would be great.

let it settle in first. i had trouble with my plta and took a couple of weeks. it ended up in a spot where there was litte flow. just be careful because they can end up being pushed into another powerhead and get ripped up

is there a way you can remove the clownfish for a little while until the anemone finds a spot it likes?

I know I'm being anxious. I've had this clown for over 16 years in this tank so I'd like to leave him be if I can. I just tried to feed the plta and it readily grabbed two small pieces of shrimp and engulfed them. It stood upright to eat and is remaining upright. Maybe it was starving? How often should it be fed and how much? It's about 6-7" across.

to be honest, i dont feed mine. i feed once in a month when i can. this is mine:
