new lyretail anthias females look different ?

On Fri I rec'd 5 additional females for my harem and they are pink/red with yellow tail , not orange like all my other females . Look the same otherwise . I know there can be differences in coloring depending where they are collected from , but I can not find pics of any others that look like this . One of them has a spike forming , so I know it is starting to change to male .The others are clearly female and rather small as well . Has anyone else seen then come in like this or did I get the wrong fish ? My male has accepted them right away . Wish I would have ordered more as they are very pretty compared to my others.Will try to get pics up later. thanks

I think I answered my own question ,they look just like the trio from Africa listed on divers den .

females are always various shades or orange (some muddier than others). Pink/red? Sounds like males to me...

yahutch, did you happen to save a picture of the DD trio? I just got my order of 8 lyretail females and they are all pinkish/red with bright yellow fins.. they are all females

just read up on lyretails and looks like they vary from orange to pink females with everything in between.. peach/reddish purple etc depending on location they were collected..seems like the standard orange ones are from fiji/indo. will post pics of mine later..
