This is a great new product from the Algae Free company. They are magnet holders that will fit a variety of pumps, and you can check them out at Marine Depot Link

They are MUCH ($24.95 & $34.95) cheaper than the Tunze products, and they have versions for Maxi-Jet, Seio as well as Tunze.

It's a miracle I got the seach to work! Here is the seio mounting mod thread, I did it and it's extremely easy. link

For the DIY'ers - I've had my Seio 620's modded like that for about a year (at least). Hagen makes some cheapo magnets that can be used (the first result I found on google - it's the "large" one I think: http://www.thehiddenreef.com/saltwa...es_reef_products/cleaning_equipment_hagen.htm)

I got mine locally for $8 each, plus a tube of aquarium sealant silicone (to stick the magnet to the bracket, you could use superglue) and $20 later 2 Seio's are modded exactly like that, but a little less permanent if I ever want to take them apart. This particular magnet could hold an 820, but anything bigger than that would be questionable.

Do you guys have that many problems getting the cups on your Seios to set. I had that problem with the small diameter, via aquas, but not any with these yet?

The suction cups on my seio wouldn't stick to the glass for nothin, thats why I did the mounting mod.

As long as I scrape the glass with a blade and get flat and set, the hold great.

My experiences also, the slightest amount of coraline or really anything for that matter it will lose suction.

Mod'ing it is gonna be on my to do lists now, thanks for the pics Mothra.
