new maxima with palys growing

Hi recently picked up a 4 inch maxima. Its beautiful but has about 10-12 polyps of palys growing on it. Whats the best way to remove them . Iwas thinking a little at a time to keep the toxin down??? Any advice much appreciated. thanks

if they are palys and not aptasia, i would remove them with a razor blade or similar and try to save them.

I would recommend using a tooth brush.

yea these are definatley palys . I will to cut them with a razor blade and then brush gently .. sound right??
