So after waiting over a month to have consistant water parameters, I finaly was able to get a couple new fish. I got one Small Kole Tang, who is already picking at algea in the tank, and a McCorkers Wrasse. The McCorkers Wrasse seems to be acting weird. He is hiding, and has lost some color. I know he is stressed from the move, but is there anything I can do to help him settle in better?
Tank is a 40 breeder w 20L sump. Other inhibitants are 2 clowns, 1 coral banded shrimp, 1 emerald crab, and snails.
Tank Params;
Sg: 1.024
Nitrate: 0
Nitrite:0
Calcium: 400
KH: 9
Temp:78.8
PHOSPHATES: 0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( THIS IS THE ONE I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH)
Forgot to mention that I floted him for 30 min in the tank, then I drip acclimated him for 45 min to an hour. Slow drip for 15 min, and then I increased to drip faster every 10-15 min after that. If my method is wrong, please correct me so I do not do this again...
