New Melafix White Bottle for AEFW ???

I Have found 02 weeks ago that I have AEFW in my tank and I saw a new one Melafix white bottle indicate for tratament in-tank.. Is it safe ? has Anyone had experieces with this product?

I Have a Big Reef whith a lot of SPSs and it will be very dificult to treat each one separetely.
