New Monti Acclimation

I just got a new Green Monti Frag and was wondering what the acclimation would be in a 28g JBJ Nano with 105w PC Lighting.

For reference it is essentially an 18x18x18 cube with the lighting around 2" above water level.

I currently placed it at the front corner of the tank for the last 3 days. When can I start to move it up? Now? a week?

The final position of where I want it is approx. 8" from the light. Would that be ok?

And how much do I move it up? 4" a week? All 10" now?

Any help is appreciated.

What lighting did it come from? If it was under intense light your fine to move it where you want it.

It was in a 125g with minimal LED Lighting (Fluval LED 46w Strip) 24" deep at the sand bed.

I think you could move it up a few inches every couple days and watch for any signs of stress.
