After having my tank running for 2 years I finally decided to keep SPS. I got this Montipora Sunset about a week ago and am noticing some sort of weird black bumps on the bottom of the frag. Can anyone tell me what this is please?

PO4: .004 (hanna)
Cal: was 26 drops using the API kit last week.
