New Nano Tank

I am looking at getting a new 16 gallon nano cube. I would like to do some live rock and sand. For my clean up crew, I would like some dwarf blue tip hermit crabs, some type of snail, and a shrimp of some sort. It will definitely be a reef tank. I plan on having a few different corals. Would a pair of ocellaris clownfish be okay in that size of tank? They would most likely be the only fish in the tank. Also, what kind of light should I use? I am looking at the 16 gallon Biocube and I have read about some people using the stock LED lights, but I don't think the light would be strong enough. Also, should I use a hang on back protein skimmer?

Here are my questions:
What are some good snails and shrimp for this tank?
Would a pair of ocellaris clowns do good in this tank?
What kind of light should I buy?
Should I use a Hang On Back Protein Skimmer?

IMO with a fish tak this small,i wont even both with skimmers unless you already have one laying around. I think the stock light suck. I would just put a bag of phosguard n chemi pure blue bag in one of the chambers. As for lighting the AI Prime will fit inside the hood. But if your going hoodless then you have more options with led lights. I have an ai prime in my 6g cube, ai hydra52 in my 29g cube. Having a pair of clown is fine in the16g
