New octopus

Lately i have been thinking of getting a new tank, and probably get a pygmy octopus with it, some things im not sure on and would like help with are,
Where could I find one and how much are they?
What is a good or minimum size tank for one?
Also, is there anything special i need to know about them?

I know saltwaterfish.com sells octopi but I never even clicked on the link to see what kind because I knew I'd never get one. lol
