New Order A2614655

Hello,

I just placed a new order A2614655, it was a sixline wrasse and some blue mushrooms, I then received the email for the tracking, as usual, then the box arrived, grabbed the box and opened it up and only the wrasse was in their, I didn't received a second email for another tracking number or anything like that saying the order would be shipped seperate, I just want to make sure it wasn't forgoten, and if so we can get it on the way, I have placed tons of orders through you guys and am very confident that if there is a problem it will be worked out.

Thank you for your post. We apologize that we were unable to ship the Blue Mushroom on your order, as this specimen is currently out of stock. Backordered items are held for up to a two-week period in an attempt to ship the specimens. If there is a specific time that you will be available to receive the package during this period, please PM or e-mail us so that we can make further arrangements. You can ship them anytime will work out perfect for me, I have never had a package from Live Aquaria that has required a signature so you can ship them anyday, not a big deal anyway, my fedex guy shows up about 3pm and I get home between 3:30 and 4pm.
So are you saying they are in right now and are ready for shipment right away or is there still a waiting period going on?
