New Perc!

Hello, just wanted to show my new perc. I'm fairly sure I got a true perc this time, the eye has more yellow, it has darker lines but it was sooo cheap at $10 and has a very nice mid bar. Tell me what you guys think the LFS had a whole tank of percs like this one but this one had the best oddest bars. :rollface:

Looks like a Percula to me. It's hard to tell, but he seems to be greyish, which tells me that there is a good chance he is going to be Onyx. A good diet, good water quality, and good lighting will help him darken up.

wow yea the pic doesn't show it much but he has that greyish look like some Occ's get. An possible Onyx for $10 lol you can't beat that!

Here are some more , clearer pics. Can anyone else confirm the possibility of my new perc being an Onyx?

Looks pretty mature in the pics (how big is it). I don't think that it is an onyx though. But hey its a nice looking perc by the pics

Hmm, I'd say hes about 2.5 Inches or less. Is there still a chance he can darken up? I'm not sure about the LFS and how and were they get there fish from but he is kind of yellow as well, I wonder if he might change due to better feeding/ environment.
