Hey everyone, I got a new Picasso a few weeks ago after my onyx jumped:/. And I have been reading about cliwnfish deformities and now I'm all nervous. I got this little guy for $25 ( I think, either 20 for 25). Can you tell me if he has any deformities

I thought I added this, I'm worried about a swim bladder issue. Very frequently I see him swimming tail up towards the bottom. This just started this week.

I am no expert on deformities in clownfish but I am learning. Though I cannot tell you for sure I just want to say those are some nice looking clowns and good luck

I see nothing wrong with them, they are just getting use to there new enviroment and will start swimming downwards in the tank. Just keep an eye on them..

Slightly long body and if 1.5" now, may or may not grow into its long body. Pelvic fins are definitely small, poor shape and looks like they maybe fused at the top.

Black and white coloring excellent, but orange just a little bit faded. You can enhanced colors with a diet stronger with astaxanthin.

Clownfishes are rarely perfect.

I think the faded orange color is probably just the picture, it is darker in person. The pelvic fins are poor shape or the clownfish in total is poor shape?

Color can be improved with diet on your Picasso. Pelvic fins are a genetic defect. Body shape is fine, just a little on the long side.
