yes i do,my red people eaters went from 5 polyps to 14 polyps in about 5 weeks ,not to mention i took my rainbow monti only 3 weeks to encrusted in the rock

thanks,not at all i love the way it looks,the only problem is that you need around 10 watts per gallon i have 822 watts on my 92 gallon.
