new powder blue

I have had many tangs before including a powder blue, although have never seen this issue, my tang looks like his mouth is swollen. That is the only sign of illness, I got the fish 2 days ago. He was eating as soon as I put him in the tank, although today I noticed the problem and he hid when i fed my fish. Please let me know if anyone has experiance with this issue.

He probably has the begining of a bacterial infection. Remove to a quarantine tank and treat with Furan2 or Maracyn2.
