New products?

I asked several weeks ago about carrying a new product line, it was for the GHL Profilux controller. I just recieved my new release upgrade and it was damaged in shipping. They say that it was due to the ESD bag being to tight around the part, but if you saw the thin box it was shipped in you would see that it was the box and that any weight of any kind would push down on the parts causing them to potentially break.

Well, anyway if I ordered from you I know that you guys take care of the products you ship.

I am still venting my frustration, but I would like to see you guys consier carrying this line in the furture.

I will hopefully have more info for you on this front after the first of the year. Sorry to hear you had an issue with it!
