New ProfiLux support forum!

We (GHL) decided to run our own dedicated support forum to improve the quality and response time!

Right now we have about 10 forums to watch worldwide, many posts are redundant and it is just not possible any more to give the support for such a great high-tech product as it should be for all of our many thousand ProfiLux users worldwide.

From now on we offer product support only at:

At the moment the forum is quite empty - don't hesitate to fill it with your posts!
The forum supports English and German - please don't forget to adjust your language.

This (RC) and all other great forums will still be used for product announcements or other general topics.

I cannot find any English support page to get the needed software to use my computer to use the controller and the "English" link above is 90% German. Can you post a link where the software can be downloaded and instructions are in English????"?

hi im contacting you regarding my setup plans for my new cube aquarium with sump. i have been confused alot asto to setup what i want. i have now re evaluated my plans. my 2 water containers are in the room nextdoor to aquarium 1 r.o 1 saltwater 10 ft away. i am going to use a solenoid valve on the r.o di unit to fill up 1st container. i plan on controlling this solenoid using profilux on the power bar to filll container 1nce every week or two. is there a problem with this if the profilux box is next to the aquarium 10 ft away.

secondly i want to use optical sensors to controll ato and water change. no float switches. is this possible. would they go in the sump and would the wc take place in the sump or from the aquarium also could this be done while the sump return pump was still running pumping water back to aqurium? what pumps would i need to drain and refill and also top off and how would i connect it all up and programme so ato is off during water change. i also want to monitor and control ph and ai lighting and wave pumps such as vortechs or tunze if possible. which profilux pack suits me? i am in the uk and i am keen to start ordering the equiptment i would need. please take my mail seriously as its a big project for me and my age and i dont have that much experiance id say 6 months manual fish keeping

No problem at all the solenoid power lead just needs to reach to the powerbar.

Yes this is a standard feature designed for ato and water change
