My clownfish laid eggs today! and yes, I already have the JW clownfish book.

Exciting, as I had thought about trying to raise some - but not until after I had finished cleaning out our utility room and setting up some shelving and extra 10 gal tanks. (tired of all the tanks in my kitchen )

But fish always have their own agenda.

Sorry no pics, almost impossible to see and I don't want to move the rock just yet.

from the reading JW's book I don't think the eggs are viable - light in color instead of bright orange - but it was a nice size clutch and the clownfish have been very attentive. I think I am going to bump up the nutrition and also feed 2 x a day to see if there is a difference w/ the next batch.

sh fry - latest batch is doing well - pawned them off on my husband to use at school - he is able to run a collection cup w/ a small sieve to catch zooplankton and critters - fry are snicking them up like crazy - much easier than hatching out brine shrimp.
